Elder Jeff O

You know that sometime in your life I would love you to go on a mission, like Daddy and I are planning someday.  We have wonderful opportunities to share something that is so precious and dear and pretty much makes it so my smile is happier than ever and gives me the confidence to know that I can do anything that the Lord needs me to do.
Your uncle Jeff is going on a mission to California, like Uncle Ben is in Florida--eventually in South Africa.  We are so excited and happy for him.  Our prayers will pour out for him and for the people that he teaches.  He will be able to use social media--like Facebook to help share the Gospel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints so if we have any friends that are interested we can answer their questions and even refer them to uncle Jeff.

We are so glad that he has this opportunity.  He wants people to know they are children of God and he wants them to feel the sweet peace that comes with the knowledge we have.  We aren't perfect, but we are aiming for betterment.
He can help people find their ancestors and he can serve or aid with so many things--the missionaries have helped us move several times and have even come and helped us get our car started after the batteries died--now Uncle Jeff will be able to do that!
Uncle Jeff has a wonderful voice and a great ability to play his violin.  He will bring happiness to others through his music and the joy they see on his face as he does so will bring them happiness.
This is only some of the cheerleaders that are rooting for him--there are many more--on both sides of the veil--since we believe that our souls or spirits continue living past the grave.
We love you, Elder Jeff!
You're going to be great!
